XRT Training

Outside of your diet, the most important factor is your training and recovery regimen. You must workout with weights at least 4 times per week if you are serious about building a world class physique… this is a minimum! And not only do you have to get to the gym, you have to have a good idea of what to do when you get there. And more importantly, what to do when between workouts.

The XRT System exposes an effictive yet very simple plan to build muscle, burn fat. And ultimately it sets you up for success that can last a lifetime; litterally! It's because the XRT System empowers you to make a change in your lifestyle that can change the way you will live the rest of your days!

The XRT System will leave you with...

  • A Thick, Wide Back - Muscles include the latissimus dorsi (lats) and spinal erectors.

  • Buldging Shoulders - Shoulders often get overlooked.  There are three heads on the deltoid muscle: the front, the rear, and the side.  Shoulders include the Trapezius (traps).

  • A Thick, Powerful Chest - This includes the upper and lower pects. This is a favorite area of training for most men.

  • Massive Biceps - Get tall and fully developed "guns".

  • Shredded Triceps - Often overlooked, the triceps are the most important muscles for big, stong arms!

  • Huge, Explosive Quadriceps and Hamstrings - A must for hardcore bodybuilders. Without big legs you will look like a "poser".

  • Powerful, Hard Glutes - Very important for big legs and a strong, explosive physique!

  • Ripped and Shredded Abdominals- This includes all of the abs and obliques.  They need to be seen.

  • Huge, Explosive Calves- They need to be shaped well.  Muscles included: gastrocnemius, soleus, and tibials.
